I would choose them again because they arrive on time, asking them to send me a unit with A/C on any of my trips. I booked with Transfers Plus our round trip from Tulum airport to my hotel in Akumal and the return, and the driver Miguel who picked us up at the airport was very kind, pleasant and helpful, and likewise the experience of the van and the air conditioning was excellent. But I cannot say the same for the return to the airport, because although Josué was on time for us and drove well on the way, the experience with the means of transport was very bad, the air conditioning did not work and it is worth mentioning that I am pregnant and for the high temperatures in the place and after the hustle of picking everything up to leave what I expected was to have good air on the trip. Likewise the vehicle rattled a lot, I do not remember that from the van I used with Miguel when he picked us up. Great experience! We had a great experience with Transfer Plus. They picked up my family at the airport and took us to our hotel. We ended up changing hotels and our return flight time, but they were flexible and quickly picked us up at the new location and took us to the airport for our return flight.

Decent transfer from and to the airport to Playa del Carmen. In general the transfer was good, there was NO beer or water on any of the trips as I thought was included. It was one hour by car each way so it would have been good to have at least water. We had to wait 15 minutes when we arrived for the van to come, the Cancun van was older and outdated. The van returning to the airport was newer and arrived just in time for pickup. Their prices are lower than those of other companies but next time I will pay a little more for more amenities.

Transfer Plus Service. Great service, pickup on time, clean car, saving on the driving. The best was the communication: the day before the trip I received a message by WhatsApp confirming all the details of the trip. Fortunately, I was sure that the pickup would be carried out as agreed. With other companies I am never sure if the driver will show up. So I recommend Transfer Plus.

We were worried because of Luisito Comunica's video about the taxi problem in Cancún, so it was a relief to find a company as serious as Transfer Plus. We did 4 transfers with them; they always arrived 5–10 minutes early, the drivers were very polite, we didn't have a single surprise with the prices, and the vans were all in excellent condition. A day before they contacted us by WhatsApp. Our flight was delayed and we were able to notify Transfers Plus and we were sure we still had our ride even when our plane was delayed. The same on the return trip—we had reconfirmed our departure. We had to wait 8 minutes for our van at the airport and the van arrived 15 minutes early for the return trip—I was very satisfied. The driver was very courteous with us and with others on the road. The seat belts were working and we felt safe in the car.

Fast and reliable service — would travel again. My wife and I had a fast and reliable service with Transferencias Plus. We went from Cancún airport to Impressions Moxché, Playa Del Carmen. Both Hamet and David were on top of it and without problems. We had better air conditioning in one car than in the other, but nothing to worry about. I would recommend their team and would look to use them again in the future. Note: Make sure you have WhatsApp downloaded and ready to use with the number you provided. They will send you a message there when you book. Email is not as effective for their communication. The team keeps track by WhatsApp. This was completely my fault, not theirs.

Excellent customer service. We had booked airport transfer through Transfer Plus. Unfortunately our plans changed and we had to cancel. But throughout the whole process, they were very helpful. We have just returned from 3 weeks at our beach house and will return again in a couple of months for another vacation. Very accommodating with excellent communication
My family needed a shuttle service to and from the Cancun airport but with dropoff and pickup from different locations. This company made it super easy with excellent communication through WhatsApp.
They kept us aware of ETAs, meeting locations and updates to the minute of arrival. Pictures were sent of the specific shuttles and confirmed that we were on board and okay.

Very easy pickup from the Cancun airport to PDC. They were ready for us, the van wasn't super nice or new, but was good enough, and the cost was the least out of any reputable group I could find! The drive from PDC back to the airport had a cooler full of beer which was a nice surprise (though would have been more fun from the airport)!

Only two hiccups were:
- No confirmation email (except paypal receipt from a different name) until the day before the trip when they texted on Whatsapp to confirm details. Not a big deal, but a week before the trip I just had to hope the paypal payment was legit...
- They texted the day before our departure from the hotel, offered a time, and I asked for a different time. They agreed, but then still showed up an hour early (their offered time) and called/texted/said I might get fined. I responded and everything was fine, no fee, all good, but just added a little stress on our last hour at the resort.

Transfer Plus, the only way to get around Cancun
We got to the airport and Ivan our driver was waiting for us, he was friendly and had cole beers waiting for our ride to our resort. It was quick and safe! We were lucky enough to have Ivan pick us up to take us back to the airport when our trip was done, Ana again a cold deers and great music.

Safe transportation from the airport to the resort
We used transfer plus for our transportation service from the Cancún airport to the resort 1 hour away. We only speak English. We arrived lost and confused. Transfer plus stayed in communication with us, helping us to navigate the airport. Miguel was out in the hot sun holding a sign with our name waiting for us while we passed through customs and picked up our luggage. We used their service for a private van transfer for four adults from Tulum airport to and from our hotel in Riviera Maya. The general manager reached out via WhatsApp right after booking, which was a nice touch. He reconfirmed everything a day before our arrival. The driver arrived early to pick us up at the airport and also on the return from our hotel. Very reputable and friendly service and I would use them again in the future.

The driver met us at the airport with a big sign and then whisked us far from the Dreams Mayan resort (approximately 1 hour by car). Omar, our driver, took all the bags and the car had air conditioning when we got in. Safe driving and the drivers spoke good English. Easy communication with the owner, Joa, on the WhatsApp app. Pickup at the resort was on time.

I had an exceptional experience dealing with Joaquín and his team during my flight from Canada in January 2025, when I used this service for a pickup and transfer from the Cancún airport to Tulum, where my hotel was.

Well before the trip began, time was taken to make sure I had the correct flight information and arrival time at Cancún International Airport. He also explained there would be Wi-Fi when I landed so I could communicate with him by WhatsApp. This is obviously very important for an airport. Keeping communication going is absolutely essential.

When I landed, he was already sending me messages, letting me know that my driver was there to take me and my wife to our destination in Tulum.

The driver was also very well coordinated with him and knew our destination, and he made sure we were completely comfortable during the ride.

Based on the very good communication before and during my trip, and the reliable and punctual pickup, and the driver being very courteous and professional, I highly recommend this service for anyone being picked up at Cancún airport and looking for a transfer to their final destination.
