How to find us

Step 1: Pre-flight coordination

One day before your flight, our representative will contact you to coordinate and verify the details of your reservation. We will make sure you have all the necessary information and answer any questions you may have before your trip.

Step 2: Arrival at Cancun Airport

Once your plane has landed in Cancun, you will need to go through customs and collect your luggage. This process may take a few minutes depending on the number of passengers, so don't worry if it takes a little longer.

Step 3: Identifying your terminal

Depending on your airline, you will arrive at one of the airport terminals (Terminal 2, 3, or 4). If you're not sure which terminal you’re in, check your flight information or ask our representative when they contact you.

Step 4: Meeting points

We have strategic meeting points within the airport to ensure a smooth experience:

• If you arrive at Terminal 2, our meeting point will be the Welcome Bar.
• If you arrive at Terminal 3, we will meet you at the Village Bar.

Our representative will be waiting for you at the designated spot with a sign bearing your name.

Step 5: Identifying the representative

Upon arriving at the meeting point, look for our representative who will have a sign with your name. They will introduce themselves, provide their contact details, and confirm your reservation details, ensuring a personalized and secure service.

Step 6: Transfer to the vehicle

Once you’ve met with our representative, they will accompany you to your private vehicle and assist you with your luggage. The transfer will begin immediately to take you to your destination comfortably and safely.

Step 7: 24/7 contact and assistance

If at any time you have trouble finding us or have any questions, we are available 24 hours a day. Call us or send us a message, and our team will assist you right away.
