Important information for the customer:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Data verification:<\/strong> It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to verify that all the information in their reservation, such as name, email, and phone number, is correct before completing the payment.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Confirmation email:<\/strong> Once the reservation is made, an email confirming the payment and the transportation service details will be sent. It is important that the customer checks their email inbox, including the spam folder. The sender will be: reservation@transfers-plus.com.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Error correction:<\/strong> If incorrect information was entered when making the reservation, such as flight number, arrival date, or arrival time, the customer must notify us immediately by sending an email to reservation@transfers-plus.com to correct the data on time.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"cancelation-policy\">\n    <h3>2. Cancellation Policy:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Cancellations 7 days in advance or more:<\/strong> The customer can cancel the service up to 7 days before the service date to receive a full refund (100%).<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Cancellations 4 to 6 days in advance:<\/strong> The customer can cancel up to 4 days before the service date to receive an 80% refund.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Cancellations 3 days in advance:<\/strong> If the customer cancels 3 days before the service, they will receive a 60% refund.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Cancellations 2 days in advance:<\/strong> If the customer cancels 2 days before the service, the refund will be 50%.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Cancellations 1 day in advance:<\/strong> Due to the pre-scheduling of our services, if the cancellation is made 1 day prior, the customer will only receive a 40% refund.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"refund-policy\">\n    <h3>3. Refund Policy:<\/h3>\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Refund based on advance days:<\/strong> The refund will be issued according to our cancellation policy, depending on how many days in advance the service was canceled.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>No refund for No Show:<\/strong> If the customer does not show up on the day of the service, our team will attempt to contact them through calls and WhatsApp messages. If we do not receive a response within 30 minutes, the service will be considered completed, and no refund will be made.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>No refund for unexpected changes:<\/strong> If the customer arrives before the scheduled date and time without prior notice, no refund will be granted.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>No refund for incorrect information:<\/strong> If the customer enters an incorrect phone number and we are unable to contact them on the day of the service, no refund will be provided.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n  <\/div>\n\n <div class=\"refund-policy\">\t\n\t <h3>4. Last-Minute Schedule Changes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Final Schedule Confirmation:<\/strong> Customers must confirm the pickup time at least 12 hours in advance. Any schedule change request within 12 hours prior to the scheduled service may be subject to availability.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Charges for Last-Minute Changes:<\/strong> If a customer requests a schedule change within 12 hours prior to the transfer and we can accommodate it, an additional charge of 25% on top of the normal fare will apply due to logistical and operational adjustments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No Refund for Unaccommodated Changes:<\/strong> If we are unable to accommodate the schedule change request within the last 12 hours and the customer decides to cancel the service, no refund will be made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\n  <div class=\"contact-info\">\n    <h3>5.
